1. Power supply requirements: The power supply of our standard chiller is 3-phase 380V50HZ. Due to different use areas, the power requirements are different, especially for export chillers. Some require 220V60HZ, 440V60HZ, 240V60HZ or 400V50HZ, etc. Different, then the power supply of each component of the refrigerator must be processed in series. The specific production method, the chiller manufacturer can communicate with the user.

2. Evaporator production method: There are many types of evaporators for refrigerators. The user has different requirements on the manufacturing method or material of the refrigerator, so the type of evaporator is different. For example, to coil, or shell tube, or plate replacement, and stainless steel and so on.

3, Circulating water pump: The commonly used circulating water pump is the source vertical pipeline pump, which can meet the needs of various standard refrigerators. Due to the special needs of some users, it is also possible to use stainless steel pumps, or acid and alkali pumps.

4, Pipeline: whether it is common domestic water, or engineering water, there is no shortage of pipelines. 5. Chassis size: The size of each chiller chassis is uniquely designed according to the chiller power and the size of each component. For the conventional chiller model, the internal component installation position and chassis size are fixed. . However, it is not excluded that the size of the chassis needs to be changed due to user restrictions on the installation position of the refrigerator or other uncertainties.

The customization of more non-standard chillers is determined according to the actual needs of the chillers. This requires the supply and demand sides to communicate in the early stage. The more the chiller needs are understood, the better the matching is. The chiller can meet the cooling needs of users before it can use the chiller safely and for a long time.
